Yes, it’s a few days behind social media and online news in Indonesia’s busy talking about the search engine, not because of its sophistication but rather the name they used. Memex acronym of Memory Index is a search engine, but in Indonesian slang means the vulva or vagina.
So … why they call it Memex? Why not use only the term like Medex? Or because they knew would become famous for its use in view of one of the biggest users of social media are in Indonesia? i have no idea …
